Seth is a passionate leader, wealth advisor, personal growth facilitator, industry influencer and community impact-maker. He has intimately worked with hundreds of families and thousands of business leaders to unveil their deepest dreams and help launch them into reality.

Career

Seth is the Chief Impact Officer and founder of Mission Wealth, a leading wealth management company with an award-winning culture that provides comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services for high net worth families across the country.

A thought-leader in the area of Life-Centered Planning, Seth helps people reframe their perspective of wealth beyond the financial to enjoy more balanced, impactful, and fulfilled lives. In 2008, Seth was named one of Worth Magazine’s “Top 250 Wealth Advisors in the nation.” In 2015 Seth was recognized by Real Leaders Magazine as one of the Top 100 Visionary Leaders. In 2016 he spoke on the TEDX stage, The Untethered Life: Wealth Redefined and since has been an in-demand industry speaker at conferences, in the media and on numerous podcast programs.

Seth’s visionary work is shown in the development of the Inspired Living service offering at Mission Wealth. Since 2015, Seth has been creating and leading impactful programs for Mission Wealth clients, YPO executive groups and for the general public.

Seth has become an in demand resource for financial industry media and programs. He serves as a faculty instructor with the Limitless Advisors coaching program and is featured in numerous media programs such as Fidelity Fin Point, Barron’s Advisor, Forbes, Kitces Podcast, Registered Investment Advisors Insights, Beyond Capital, Mercer, Between Now and Success with Steve Sanduski, Mercer Capital, Becoming Referable podcast with Julie Littlefield, Mitch Anthony, and First Clearing.

Seth serves as a faculty instructor for the Modern Elder Academy (MEA) in their purpose and life transition programs.

YPO Involvement

Mr. Streeter has been an active member of YPO since 2008 with leadership roles in his chapters, in networks and as a facilitator. He served as the Global Chair for the Financial Services Network, as the founder of the Inspired Living Subnetwork and as a board member for the Leadership Development Network and the Health and Wellness Network.

In 2017, Seth spoke at the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Global Leadership Conference in Vancouver, Canada and unveiled his Life 3.0 concept to two maximum capacity audiences. In 2018, he hosted his first 4 day International YPO event, Developing Your 3.0 Vision for Life, that won the ‘Most Impactful Learning Event of the Year’ globally. In 2019, this same event won perfect 5 out of 5 scores from all attendees for the second year in a row, and again in 2021, Seth led a multi-day 3.0 Vision for Life program to a sold out YPO international community.

In 2023, Seth led an immersive 6-day Developing Your 3.0 Vision for Life program at the MEA Wisdom School campus in Baja, Mexico. This was the first exclusive YPO program at MEA and it was filled with transformational experiences, world class teachers, and it received a 5 out of 5 score by every attendee.

Seth’s passion is working with YPO Chapters, Forums and members to help them develop and ignite a meaningful 3.0 vision for life and success. Seth has facilitated numerous programs for YPO Chapters, Forums and Networks In 2021, he led 615 members and spouses/partners from 57 countries in a 30 day Discover Your Purpose challenge and in 2022 he spoke at the YPO Personal Investing Network global event in Miami on Purpose and Legacy planning.

Community

Mr. Streeter has served on numerous nonprofits and has led multiple community impact programs. He brought the innovative Fast Pitch SB program to Santa Barbara, CA, empowering 40 nonprofits with valuable training, exposure, volunteers and cash prizes to build their capacity. He founded SustainableFuture.org, a nonprofit designed to unite the community – businesses, nonprofits, schools, faith-based groups and public sector agencies - to address climate change concerns. He consulted with nonprofits as an active member of Social Venture Partners.

Personal

Seth resides in Santa Barbara, CA and loves being an active father with his daughter and son. He has enjoyed coaching their youth sports teams, taking them on volunteer trips abroad and speaking at their schools. Now as young adults, he considers his kids his teachers to being ‘hip’ to the latest language and music trends. He enjoys travel, connecting with fascinating people, exercising in nature, continuous learning, and the constant pursuit of finding the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
